__ Test: run engine and treat with tuner
(check for fuel or water leaks)
__ Check leakdown or compression
__ Check Spark
__ 4-Stroke: change oil & filter
__ Replace Spark Plugs
__ Torque Head bolts to spec.
__ Replace Fuel Filter
__ Change Gearcase Oil
__ Pressure test if oil is milky
__ Check trim fluid
__ Lubricate fittings and steering ram
__ Pull prop and inspect inner seal
__ Inspect all control linkages
(Note
loose or damaged linkages)
__ Test warning horn

__ Load test

__ Check connections
__ Check bilge pump (if
equipped)
Trailer
__ Lubricate Bearing Buddy's
__ Lug nuts
__ Tire pressure
__ Test trailer lights
__ Check trailer brake fluid
Run Engine: 5 minutes, minimum
__ Check cooling
__ Check instruments
__ Adjust idle mix if necessary
__ Wipe down engine and transom
